Operations Team

Laura Bryant (account manager). Before joining CCS Insight, Laura worked in business-to-business (B2B) and consumer public relations. In her B2B days, Laura's areas of focus encompassed mobile money, messaging, roaming, applications, regulation and industry trends. Her experience of the consumer market included fast-moving consumer goods, home and leisure, food and drink, and consumer technology. Laura is currently on maternity leave.

Robert Caunt (content manager). Rob joined CCS Insight in March 2008. As the company's content manager, he is responsible for all publications, including the weekly Hotline, presentations and special reports. He also manages a growing archive of research material and coordinates the company's blog. Rob has over 20 years' experience in the publishing industry. He came to CCS Insight from Gartner, where he was a senior business writer.

Olga Holin (business development manager, EMEA). Olga joined CCS Insight from Informa Telecoms and Media, where she managed tier-one operator and large phone-maker accounts. Prior to that, she worked for Gartner in a business development role, focusing mainly on the telecoms industry. Olga is fluent in five languages (English, German, French, Polish and Russian) and has lived in several European countries. She has also gained experience in many adjacent industries such as IT, automotive and energy.

Brenda Thompson (head of HR). Brenda has been an HR director in Europe and the Far East and specialises in restructuring and change management. She has experience of acquisitions and IPOs. Brenda's background in psychology is invaluable in enabling her to understand individual behaviour, and team and organisational dynamics. Brenda also serves the community through her responsibilities as a Justice of the Peace in the adult and youth courts.

Leeann Tudor (account manager). Leeann is the principal contact for all client liaison. Leeann's background is mainly within the consumer electronics and mobile communications industries. She has held a variety of posts at companies including Dell, Panasonic and Gartner.
