In addition to our comprehensive portfolio of standard services, CCS Insight undertakes special projects commissioned by clients. Examples of projects include:
Device and Operating System Benchmarking. On request, CCS Insight can provide objective assessment of the user experience of mobile devices (smartphones or tablets), operating systems or software releases. We can assess a range of metrics using an established and vigorous methodology to provide instant and customised evaluation. Each assessment can be delivered as a PowerPoint deck and Excel file. Presentations and workshops are also available. Benchmarks can be applied to any device on general release and we can also undertake assessments of clients' prototype devices.
Customer Life Cycle Study. This service provides a comprehensive overview of direct messaging and above-the-line and below-the-line communications by network operators. Tailored to individual client requirements, the study analyses the content and type of message sent, showing trends by operators and subscription profiles. It reports and monitors the experience of joining the network as a customer, and records electronic and paper media accompanying post-paid bills. A transcript of all texts is compiled and copies of all messages are captured from the handset and catalogued in a Web-based application. CCS Insight can also perform tailored studies of customer service scenarios.
Mobile Content Analysis. These presentations analyse important topic areas in the mobile content space. They can be fitted to individual requests and include recommendations specific to your business. Examples of subjects covered include; near field communication, IPTV, social networking and mobile advertising.
