Guardian: HTC told to stop selling its Smartphones in Germany

CCS Insight was quoted in this article about German patent firm IPCom ordering HTC to stop sales and distribution of all its smartphones in Germany saying the Taiwanese firm faces fines if it does not comply.
"HTC has an ID problem – customers are struggling to distinguish between their phones," said Geoff Blaber, an analyst at CCS Insight in London.
