Business Development Manager

Steve has 14 years of military experience, in which he gained telecom and drone pilot and commander knowledge in several operational environments. This was followed by three years’ sales engagement dealing with transactional and subscriptions sales, as well as large account management at defence industry clients and government installations around the world. In his previous roles Steve has delivered high performance each year against sales quotas and nurtured outstanding levels of satisfaction among his portfolio of clients.

Jonathan Chapman

Senior Account Manager

Jon is an account management specialist with a strong background in managing large global accounts within marketing services and events industries. He previously worked with a range of businesses in multiple industries, creating creative and engaging experiences for their target markets. Jon has experience with both long-term retained and new accounts, and has fostered close business relationships with customers to provide the best possible service while consistently exceeding client expectation and business goals.

Katie Taylor

Marketing Manager

Katie joined CCS Insight in 2013 as a business editor, having previously  graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in biological sciences. Katie now manages our marketing operations.
