The CCS Insight team again presented its vision for artificial intelligence, Internet of things solutions, smart cities and smart home developments, 5G, the digital workplace, new consumer devices, media and the moves of major technology players such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, IBM, Microsoft and Tencent. This year's event took place at IET London: Savoy Place, WC2R 0BL.

100 percent of event attendees surveyed in 2017 rated the Predictions event as good or excellent, and 95 percent of those surveyed said they would recommend it to a colleague.
