The recent survey of over 4,000 owners and technology enthusiasts in the US, UK, Germany and Spain examined purchase journeys, awareness of the technology, usage patterns, satisfaction, and requested future improvements. It also explored decision-making of those yet to purchase, and examined changes needed to attract these people to the market.
