Gurmit is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years’ experience of working in finance roles in a variety of industries and sectors. He joined FDM as CFO in November 2024, following investment from Inflexion PE to oversee the finance function and support the CEO on value creation and realisation. He previously worked as CFO in other private equity-backed and founder-owned businesses delivering value through business sale or exit for its shareholders. He has also held senior finance roles at Capita and Axa.
