Sales Manager

Jon is a sales specialist with a strong background in managing large global accounts within marketing services and events industries. He previously worked with a range of businesses in multiple industries, creating creative and engaging experiences for their target markets. Jon has experience with both long-term retained and new accounts, and has fostered close business relationships with customers to provide the best possible service while consistently exceeding client expectation and business goals. He is now focussed on developing the sales team within CCS Insight to deliver strong and sustainable growth.

Aretha Thompson

Key Account Manager

Aretha joined CCS Insight in late 2022, having previously worked in consumer goods and sustainability businesses with a focus on enterprise clients and start-ups around the world. Her professional background includes experience in sales and supply chains, giving her in-depth knowledge of the changing concerns needed to bring products and services to market. Aretha has established and trained sales teams for over a decade and has a successful background in building trusted relationships with customers in several sectors.

Andrea Berbel Torres

Account Manager

Andrea joined CCS Insight as an Account Manager in mid-2024. After graduating from university, Andrea gained experience as a recruiter, working closely with technology start-ups, where she developed her ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Andrea’s excellent communication skills and proficiency in two languages will be key assets as she works with companies in CCS Insight’s portfolio.

Ann-Sophie Leung-Kwok

Business Development Executive

Ann-Sophie joined CCS Insight at the end of 2022 to develop new business for the company. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BEng in Innovation Engineering. Before joining the team, she worked in several customer-facing roles, allowing her to assess people’s needs and how to address them. She has always had a passion for the future of technology, which she pursued during her degree course, and is now continuing at CCS Insight.

Luke Campbell-Lyons

Business Development Executive

Luke joined CCS Insight toward the start of 2023. Prior to joining the team, Luke worked at an artificial intelligence start-up in the commodities space, helping them build a pipeline, implement sales processes and develop new business. He has aided in establishing deep relationships with many commonly known brands. Luke looks forward to developing relationships with major organizations across CCS Insight’s portfolio.
