Charting Our Presence at the Industry’s Annual Gathering
Mobile World Congress takes place in Barcelona from 27 February to 2 March. Here we look at CCS Insight’s contributions to the show.
Shaun Collins, CCS Insight CEO, will moderate a main board panel and presentation with Deutsche Telekom at its stand in Hall 3 on Monday 27 February at 5 PM. On Tuesday, he will be chairing a lunch for C-level executives from leading mobile and enterprise businesses, hosted by a large Internet company. Shaun will also appear on the Mobile World Live TV channel at 8:20 AM on Tuesday.
Paolo Pescatore, VP Multiplay and Media, will chair the MMIX Summit at Mobile World Congress on Wednesday 1 March. He will be presenting and moderating discussions throughout the day at this event focussing on multiscreen media and entertainment. Earlier in the week, Paolo will appear on Mobile World Live TV to discuss the keynote presentation by Netflix CEO Reed Hastings on Monday at 5:45 PM. He will make another appearance on the TV channel at 8:30 AM on Wednesday to reflect on recent news at the show.
Nick McQuire, VP Enterprise Research, will moderate a conference session on The Digital Enterprise and Employees on Tuesday 28 February at 12:15 PM. The session in Hall 4 Auditorium 3 includes speakers from Microsoft, Google, Citrix and others. That evening, Nick is moderating a C-level dinner at the Hotel Arts on operators and digital transformation.
Martin Garner, EVP Internet, will take part in a panel session looking at how Olay is using artificial intelligence. The session is Hall 8, Theatre E on Monday 27 February, at 11 AM. On Tuesday, Martin is the moderator at a conference session on the AI-Assisted Society. Join him at 2 PM in Hall 4 Auditorium 5 for a discussion focussing on digital health and beyond. Martin is also appearing on the Mobile World Live TV channel at 8:20 AM on Thursday.
Ben Wood, Chief of Research, will kick off coverage of the event on Mobile World Live at 8:30 AM on Monday 27 February. He will be discussing the previous day’s announcements and offering his predictions for the rest of the show.
