Philippe is Executive Vice President, Device & Partnerships Division of Orange Innovation. He has overall responsibility for the Group’s portfolio of devices in 27 markets.
Under his leadership, he is accelerating the Group’s innovation in consumer mobile and IoT by developing business and partnerships with a broad range of incumbents and new technology partners to drive Orange products and digital services worldwide.
Philippe is a member of the Technology Group of the GSMA; Chair of eSIM GSMA activity; Chair of Standardisation & Innovation Committee of the French Federation of Telecommunication, and he is one of the founders of the Open Mobile Alliance.
Augustin is CEO of Recommerce Group and President of EUREFAS, the European Refurbishment Association. He joined Recommerce in August 2019.
Augustin used to be the Executive Director of Smart devices Lenovo EMEA. Prior to this role, he was Executive Director and General Manager, Mobile Business for Emerging Markets Region, where he was responsible for Motorola phone sales in the Emerging Markets region, including most of Eastern Europe and the Middle East, Africa, ASEAN countries, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Republic of Korea, based in Singapore.
Previously, Augustin served as Lenovo MBG’s Asia Pacific Region COO as well as ASEAN GM.
Itzik is founder and CEO of Get-RE, which develops disruptive solutions for the trade-in mobile phone market. He has a deep understanding of the international telecommunications market, taking an active interest in trends and latest developments.
Itzik’s entrepreneurial vision and strategic approach to business development allows him to skillfully enter new markets and pave the way for new products, closing deals with a wide range of companies, within diverse professional cultures.
Fergal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cyculus Services, Europe’s first independent, fully automated “Device Processing as a Service” provider.
He has held key roles in the mobile device industry, including President at PCS Wireless, CEO at Data Select, VP of Global Mobile Vendor Relations at Ingram Micro, VP of Western Europe at Brightpoint, and General Manager at Motorola.
At Cyculus, Fergal leverages AI and robotic automation to revolutionize pre-owned mobile device processing, aiming to extend their lifecycles and reduce e-waste. His vision is to create a sustainable future by providing high-quality, affordable used devices, thereby decreasing the environmental impact of new device production.
Jon is the Managing Director for Android GTM at Google. His role is to oversee the global GTM program, partner training and enablement to bring the best of Android and products and services to Google’s partners. He works with colleagues across Google to develop the approach to refurbished and used devices.
Jon is an experienced leader in the telecommunication and consumer electronics industries, having worked in multiple global locations in diverse companies, from large multinational to start-ups, and for some of the largest brands in the world. Responsible for billion-dollar T/O and large teams (100+).
Martin is the Chief Commercial Officer at Back Market, where he leads regional growth and expansion strategies as well as the global seller ecosystem to ensure the highest quality verified refurbished technology for customers around the world. Martin joined Back Market in 2020 as General Manager for Germany before being promoted to General Manager for Europe. Prior to Back Market, Martin served as Head of Business Development at Audible, Amazon’s audio books division. He also previously held leadership positions in technology and e-commerce companies in the US and EU including Bisnow and SpeakLike. As a finance and strategy expert with a passion for customer service, Martin’s goal is to establish verified refurbished technology as safer, easier, less expensive and more appealing for everyone.
Kilian is one of the three founders of refurbed. Prior to founding the company, he served as the Head of the Amazon Certified Refurbished Program and as the New Key Account Manager for the largest electronics retailers at Amazon Germany.
He studied Communication and Business Administration in Hamburg, Shanghai, and London. In 2019, he was selected, along with Co-Founder Peter Windischhofer, for the Forbes “30 under 30 Europe” list. Additionally, he was recognized as “Capital Top 40 under 40” in 2020 and 2021. In 2023, he received the “EY Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Kaminski is also a board member of the European Refurbishment Association and serves as the Chair of the Communication and Membership Working Group.
Josh, CEO and co-founder of Apkudo, is revolutionizing the connected device lifecycle. He leads Apkudo’s mission to create a more sustainable and equitable tech ecosystem by maximizing device value, minimizing costs, and combating e-waste. Josh tackles complex challenges with unwavering dedication, championing the potential of the secondary device market.
Apkudo’s forward and reverse logistics solutions, under his guidance, now cover a wide range of devices, from smartphones to laptops, streamline refurbishment, recycling, and resale. A native Australian now residing in Baltimore, Josh’s career spans web gaming, mobile virtualization, and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
James is Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Alchemy, the world’s fastest-growing circular technology company. With over 20 years of experience delivering marketing and business operations across leading tech markets, he is a leader in driving innovative solutions to reduce e-waste and carbon emissions.
Since co-founding Alchemy in 2017, James has been instrumental in transforming the tech industry’s approach to sustainability. Under his leadership, Alchemy has refurbished and resold more than 7 million devices, saving over 424 million kilograms in carbon emissions.
James is passionate about creating impactful change, and he continues to lead Alchemy’s mission to normalise sustainable technology and pave the way for a greener future.
Biju is EVP and president, Assurant Global Connected Living, the business unit that develops digital platforms to deliver comprehensive services, support and protection for the connected consumer. He also oversees Assurant’s International operations, which largely focus on Connected Living, to enable an integrated, global approach to talent, capabilities and client service.
His entrepreneurial and innovation leadership spans more than 25 years in the wireless industry. He joined Assurant in 2020 as part of its acquisition of HYLA Mobile, where he was president and CEO.
Stefan is a passionate advocate for a sustainable future and a bold thinker who connects business with the planet, championing post-growth and degrowth strategies. Anne-Catherine, a woman of passion and challenges, has been leading Easy Cash for two years. Mastering the challenges of multicanality, her approach is customer-oriented and based on proximity.
Easy Cash is the French leader in second-hand, with more than 160 stores and €285 million turnover and more than 8 million products sold each year (including about 300,000 refurbished phones).
Dominique, as Device Director at Vodafone, ensures the effective delivery of device propositions across the various markets, encompassing mobiles phones, tablets, accessories and consumer premises equipment. The ability to deliver those device propositions to customers in a sustainable manner is a key focus area.
Dominique joined Vodafone in 2007 as Director of Supply Chain Networks. He is one of co-founders of the Vodafone Procurement Company in Luxembourg and is still today a member of the VPC statutory board. He subsequently ramped up Vodafone Roaming Services in Luxembourg as its CEO, delivered the concept of “one wholesale roaming hub” for Vodafone and created the third-party roaming services portfolio, resulting in material revenue growth with major external operators.
Fabian joined Mercantile in 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Transformation and Digital Initiatives. In this role, he is driving efforts to enhance the company’s sustainability agenda and bring Mercantile’s bold circularity ambitions to life. Fabian leads several strategic initiatives, including scaling remanufacturing capabilities, supporting telcos and smartphone OEMs with trade-in offerings in Asia, and driving partnerships with telecom operators and retailers in Europe and Asia.
With over 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and Asia, Fabian has worked with leading telecommunications groups such as Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, and Telenor, driving strategy and large-scale transformations across diverse geographies.
Sandeep is a proven leader with over 20 years of global experience in the US, India and the Middle East. At Careem (acquired by Uber for $3.1 billion), he led the ride-hailing service’s $1 billion-plus core business. He also built Emirates NBD’s shared services unit — featured in McKinsey Quarterly and a Harvard Business School case study — and held senior roles at McKinsey and GE Capital.
As founder and CEO of NorthLadder, Sandeep has built the company into the leading second-life device market across more than 10 countries. Under his leadership, the company secured $10 million in Series B funding from stc, DFF Ventures and Crescent Enterprises and acquired Renewd, a trusted name in certified pre-owned electronics.
Reynold — passionate about tech and the circular economy — co-founded Dipli in 2016 to transform the second life of electronic products. With a strong background in green tech and business management, he drives Dipli’s global strategy and European growth.
Reynold is also Vice President of SIRRMIET, the French trade union for refurbished electronics, representing 40 members with a combined turnover of €1 billion. Known for his innovative vision, he remains deeply committed to sustainability.
Kevin is Kingfisher’s Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for corporate strategy, product and partnership strategy and enabling Kingfisher’s regional teams through leadership of Kingfisher’s Business Development Centre of Excellence.
With over 20 years’ diverse experience spanning telecommunications, technology, finance, M&A, corporate development and strategy, Kevin has extensive experience in designing and executing transformational growth strategies and launching innovative customer value propositions. His prior roles have included leading Telstra’s $7 billion Mobiles division and Telstra’s 800-plus strong Enterprise Sales team.
Lou is Managing Director in the Specialised and Asset Finance Division of Macquarie Group, with over 26 years’ experience delivering circular market programmes.
Based in London, Lou has led Macquarie’s EMEA Technology, Media and Telecoms team, collaborating with enterprises, network operators, OEMs and service providers.
Lou is a trusted advisor in enabling businesses to scale sustainably and in addition to Lou’s executive role, he serves as a Non-Executive Director for Newbury Digital, Raylo, and Alchemy Global Solutions.
