Vacancy: Client Liaison Manager

CCS Insight is looking for a client liaison manager to look after our customer relations.

The position is based in Slough, but involves regular travel in the UK. Our liaison manager is responsible for the following duties:

  • Ensure all services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and organise presentations and meetings for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all clients, including regular updates about our services.
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with analysts to make sure that all obligations are scheduled and met.
  • Provide feedback about current accounts to business development team.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Produce and maintain client activity reports.
  • Process all client inquiries and ensure analyst responses are within service-level guidelines.

We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Candidates should be educated to degree-level, preferably in a management or marketing discipline. Knowledge of the mobile industry would be an advantage.

In addition, applicants should be able to take the initiative on projects, be competent with Microsoft Office applications, be a fast learner and have excellent communication skills.

This is not a sales position, although the client liaison manager will work closely with our business development team.
