Ekta joined FDM CCS Insight in 2024, focusing her research on the connected devices landscape, including smartphones, wearables and refurbished devices. With over eight years of experience, she has previously worked at IDC and TechInsights, providing clients with valuable insights into rapidly evolving trends and consumer behaviours. Her responsibilities included market sizing, country analysis, competitive analysis and trend forecasting for consumer devices. Ekta holds an MBA in Financial Markets from USMS and a BSc in Economics from Delhi University.
