As CEO of Defaqto, he successfully doubled the size of the financial data and ratings business over a five-year tenure. His extensive background spans major telecom operations at O2, global mobile banking and payments at Monitise, and scaling advanced speech recognition and AI infrastructure at Cambridge-based Speechmatics. John is passionate about leading and developing talented teams to achieve great results, and his skills in product development, technology and AI, and mergers and acquisitions directly align with FDM CCS Insight’s growth plans over the coming years.
