- Assist with internal and external communications, presentations and reports as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Prioritise key activities to ensure the most important meetings, communications and follow-ups are delivered smoothly.
Office Management
- Oversee the London office in collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on your working days.

Team and Event Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of company meetings, offsites and staff events.
- Help coordinate internal communications, updates, announcements and company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR Lead on employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- Assist with marketing, and client events.
General Administration
- Support documentation, reporting and record-keeping across HR, Finance and Operations where needed.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make the organisation more efficient.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
- An experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Operations Coordinator capable of supporting senior leaders in a dynamic business.

- A natural communicator — professional, approachable and emotionally intelligent.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and tackle problems before they arise.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Teams and comfortable using digital tools to streamline work.
- Experienced in managing or supporting hybrid teams — advantageous but not essential.
- You’re looking for a part-time role where you can make a strong impact in a flexible, balanced way.
What We Offer

Job Overview
As Market Analyst, you will join our growing team of renowned analysts in the telecom research area. The main scope of the job is to support the company’s market research and tracking programs — collecting and analysing data and producing insightful and original market insights for delivery to our clients in reports and presentations. You will be directly responsible for some monthly reports.
Topic coverage includes mobile phones, smart wearables, virtual and augmented reality, telecom infrastructure and services, 5G networks and more.
The successful candidate will work with some of the best-known, most innovative and most successful tech companies in the world and will influence their thinking about the future of the market. You will present your insights to small and large audiences at all levels, including senior executives.
You will work very closely with our market tracking team, but will also be expected to collaborate with the wider research group on forecasts and other projects. This will give you an opportunity to work with and learn from our team of experienced analysts.
You will be working with detailed market databases, market models and data trackers, so a confident approach to data is essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect and organise secondary and primary research information, including sensitive and original data and insights
- Analyse unstructured and disparate information to form coherent and structured market information and commentary
- Prepare high-quality blogs, reports and presentations
- Answer client queries and questions
- Present to clients, via video call and in person
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a bright individual who is curious about technology markets, and has the drive to learn and become an expert in a fast-paced industry where change is constant.
Specific requirements include:
- University degree in a subject that demonstrates analytical and/or numerical skills
- High numeracy and exceptional analytical skills. You must enjoy working with numbers, be able to interpret their meaning, find relations between them, spot trends and inconsistencies with ease, and have excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. You can work independently, with minimal supervision, and enjoy owning your work, but you are also great at working collaboratively with people from various backgrounds.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge, insights and opinions with colleagues and clients, and you can tell a story from a set of numbers.
- Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and presenting
- Good project management skills
Any of the following is an advantage, but the successful candidate does not have to display all these attributes:
- Knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience in market analysis, market research or forecasting: for example, from an internal insights team in a company from any industry; an analyst company; a market research agency or a consultancy
- Experience in financial or other quantitative analysis and modelling
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Power BI, other analytics software or coding
If you think you have the skills we are looking for, and are excited about this opportunity to join us, please send your CV and a cover letter explaining your interest in this job to jo.oldham@ccsinsight.com.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and be based within regular commuting distance of London.
